Julia Child’s Kitchen
After she died, Julia Child’s Kitchen was moved from Cambridge, MA, to the National Museum of American History in Washington, DC. Click on the image for a larger view.
The Doll House
Curiously, the National Museum of American History has a five-story, 23-room doll house. Two parents, two grandparents, ten children, five servants, and twenty pets inhabit this structure. This is an elaborate toy that allows children to play with toy children that play with toy toys. Click on the image for a larger view.
