Mile Beach

life_in_maine_mile_beachReid State Park is mostly known for its beaches—Mile Beach, shown here, and Half Mile Beach. Snowfall from the Thanksgiving storm has covered the sand, but not deterred people from enjoying the park, which is open all year. Click on the image for a larger view.
